"Glenn Davis just finished building a beautiful house for my wife and I. With all of the architectural detail, it was a difficult house to build, but Glenn Davis made it a pleasurable experience for us.
To Whom It May Concern
"... an architect can draw up a wonderful house, but if the construction isn't carried out perfectly, you certainly have something less than desirable. Our construction was carried out perfectly and to the letter.

You were always on the job site and we felt that you really built the house with love and care. The house has served as a monument to you and to our happiness."

Mr. Davis has the ability to follow through with particular attention to details and has excellent subcontractors on the jobsite. We had a number of meetings prior to signing his contract and weekly meetings at the job site. In all of our dealings with Glenn Davis, my wife and I always found him to be an up-front person and very direct in his explanations. Everything was handled in a very efficient businesslike manner that left no second guesses or misunderstandings at the end of the day.

If you want to build a home in a trouble-free environment with someone who is honest and to the point, then I can't recommend anyone other than Glenn Davis to be your builder."

"Mr. Davis is a custom builder in the truest sense ... not a production builder that got lucky at building custom homes!  Glenn is a man of integrity and someone who really cares! He has been on our side the whole way through the building process, listening to our concerns - his input has been invaluable. Early on we noticed that all our suppliers were very complimentary about him too. When you surround yourself with great people - you get great results!

Instictively we know we've saved ourselves more than money when we chose Glenn Davis to be our builder. The building process was surprisingly stress free. Everyone has heard of construction stories which turn into nightmares - we have a strong hunch we've missed out on a lot of aggravation.

There was an article in the Orlando Sentinel that said a good builder should be a cross between a sergeant major and a mother hen!  We smiled - this seemed to sum up Glenn. How lucky we were that Glenn agreed to build our home."
